Yes. Updating keeps your levels, best scores, coins, themes, streak and purchases. They are stored on your phone, so they stay as long as you don't uninstall the game.

1. Sign in to the same Apple ID or Google account you bought it with.
2. Open Towerly and go to the Shop tab.
3. Tap Restore purchases.

For refunds, contact Apple or Google: they handle all payments.

Finish a run and tap Challenge a friend to send a link. Your friend plays the exact same tower and you both see who stacked higher. If they got a code instead of a link, they can enter it on Home under Have a code?.

Install Towerly from the App Store or Google Play, then open the link again. If the game is installed, long-press the link and choose to open it in Towerly, or enter the code under Have a code? on Home.

A new tower each day that every player gets. You have one ranked try a day, plus practice runs. Playing on consecutive days builds your streak and earns Season Pass points.

Open the Shop tab and tap Use on any theme you own. Classic, Aqua, Fire and Winter are free; others unlock with coins.

Players who tell the age check they are under 13 get child-safe mode: no analytics, only child-appropriate non-personalised ads, no tracking prompt, and a grown-up check before purchases.

Go to the Me tab and tap Ad choices. Remove Ads switches off banner and video ads between levels.

Your progress, coins and purchases are stored on your phone and are deleted when you uninstall the game. To delete your online entries (challenges and Daily Tower rankings), email us your player name and the challenge codes or Daily Tower dates you played. We delete the matching entries within 30 days. Email us what happened and what you were doing, with your phone model and system version. A screenshot or screen recording helps a lot.
